FISIP UNTAG Surabaya Successfully Undergoes Second Surveillance Audit for ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 2100

Surabaya, December 11, 2023 - The Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) at Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 (Untag) Surabaya underwent its second surveillance audit for ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 21001:2018 standards on Monday. The audit took place in the FISIP meeting room, starting at 13:00 WIB. The distinguished attendees included the Dean, Vice Dean, all program heads, and laboratory heads.
The surveillance audit, which covered the entire Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya, aimed to assess and ensure compliance with the quality management systems outlined in ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 21001:2018 standards. This rigorous evaluation is part of the university's commitment to maintaining and continuously improving its educational and administrative processes.
The FISIP delegation, led by the Dean and attended by key figures such as the Vice Dean, program heads, and laboratory heads, participated in the audit with transparency and dedication. The audit process involved a comprehensive review of the faculty's procedures, documentation, and overall adherence to the specified standards.
The Dean of FISIP, Dr. Dra.
